1. Admissions & Cohort Selection

Mount Rinjani Magnificence operates executive leadership cohorts capped at 12 participants per ascent. Admission is strictly by application and interview review led by the directorship board. Submitting an application does not guarantee placement until confirmed in writing with an official invitation.

2. Medical Readiness & Altitude Health

Mount Rinjani reaches an elevation of 3,726 meters (12,224 feet). All accepted cohort participants are required to complete a comprehensive pre-departure medical disclosure and comply with the 16-week baseline conditioning curriculum.

  • Biometric Clearance: Participants must confirm the absence of severe unmanaged cardiovascular or respiratory conditions.
  • Emergency Protocol: Field physicians and Wilderness First Responders maintain absolute discretion to administer oxygen, hyperbaric treatment, or authorize helicopter medical extraction if clinically indicated.

3. Field Safety & Guide Authority

For the collective safety of the expedition party, the Lead Mountain Guide and Expedition Directorship maintain absolute authority over route alterations, turnaround times, and summit push schedules based on meteorological conditions and volcanic telemetry from PVMBG.

4. Investment, Deposits & Transfers

Upon acceptance of your cohort invitation, a non-refundable commitment deposit is required within 14 calendar days to reserve your seat and secure high-altitude logistics, dedicated porter allocations, and luxury acclimatization villas.

The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to Day 1 arrival in Lombok, Indonesia. Seat transfers to subsequent scheduled cohorts may be requested up to 45 days prior to departure, subject to board review.

5. Cancellation & Force Majeure

In the event of severe volcanic activity, National Park closures mandated by the Gunung Rinjani National Park Authority (TNGR), or global force majeure events, the expedition will be rescheduled to the earliest safe window with full credit preserved for all confirmed participants.

6. Intellectual Property & Media

Mount Rinjani Magnificence captures high-resolution 8K documentary and photographic assets during each cohort. All executive materials, curriculum frameworks, and proprietary conditioning protocols remain the exclusive intellectual property of Mount Rinjani Magnificence.
